The project located in Caleta de Vélez (Málaga), reflects a Mediterranean interior design that connects the interior with the terrace and pool through large windows. Natural light becomes the protagonist, reinforced by neutral tones, stone and wood cladding that bring serenity and continuity to each environment of the home.
The kitchen, signed by Schüller, has been designed with fronts in Concha White matte UV lacquer and opening system with groove profile in the same finish, achieving a clean and homogeneous aesthetic. The central island, entirely clad in Dekton Rem, integrates both the cooking area —with Siemens hob with incorporated extractor— and the water area, configuring a functional and sculptural block that opens to the exterior, enhancing brightness and the relationship with the open space of the home.
In the night area, spaces are personalized with custom furniture and practical solutions. Two youth bedrooms include beds with integrated storage and adapted study areas, combining finishes such as knotty oak, fir color or charcoal. The three bathrooms stand out for their contemporary design, one with suspended wooden furniture and wall faucets, another with a double marble front and circular mirrors, and a third that is fresher and more current, with furniture in grooved green color. With this, a project is completed that combines aesthetics, functionality and Mediterranean coherence.
